On Friday Nov 13, 2015, I had the pleasure of guest lecturing Dr. Sui Sui ‘s Global management Studies Class at Ryerson University. This course introduces the concepts and complexities of the contemporary global business environment with an emphasis on global competitiveness and the main functional areas of management, planning, organizing, controlling, and leadership. The topic of my lecture was on Entrepreneurialism, the “Pragmatic Reality” of what it takes to be successful in business. The focus of the lecture was, what it takes to be a successful SME?
